The larger of a pair of towns nestled together in southwestern Wirdleonia, Campo di Carmelcciase serves as the district capital of South Wirdleonia and was the provisional capital of the Regency of Wirdleonia until a permanent capital was completed at Robinia. The town is best know for its Island Georgian cathedral, a massive structure which dominates the center of town. Campo, as it is called by the locals, also hosts the largest mercantile exchange in the region, providing hundreds of jobs as it incubates commerce and industry and provides a bourse for trading. The town is well known for its excellent medical care. Klingman Institute, the nation’s hospital system, has its largest facility in Campo di Carmelcciase. The hospital features a new research facility devoted to microbiology and pathology. It is expected that the intensive research program will influence the quality of life across the nation and provide the highest in veterinary and humanoid medical care possible. The town also features a variety of amenities, from a stocked fishing pond to parks and plazas to arts and sports. The fishing pond and water reservoir are fed from springs on Mt. Carmela. The water is carried to the site by a series of aqueducts. Campo is well known for a variety of industrial concerns, many of whom make highly valued products for sale nationwide. |
