East Tenne: Tenne River Delta National Park

A www.schulmania.info exclusive update!

The resource rich delta of the mighty Tenne River empties into the Tenne Sea. Vast fishing resources abound, making the area popular for fish camps but very few permanent settlements. The original small fish camps have continued to produce at a sustainable rate. To protect the natural beauty and bounty of the area, the Supreme Wirdle has declared the islets not currently used for fishing to be protected from development as part of the new Tenne River Delta National Park. These islands will remain undeveloped or, if partially developed, will have the development level frozen. This should mitigate the environmental impact of the fisheries and protect water quality of this large and mostly unexplored river. Let’s take in the unspoiled natural vistas of the Tenne River Delta National Park.

Several islands are already part of the natural preserve. One island in the delta has already been developed enough to become incorporated as a village and is not included in the national park. The village is home of the park’s visitor center and retains its rustic charm. It will be featured in its own update.
