Government Structure
The Bureau of Feline Affairs is the supranational governing authority for felines. It is headed by a Governor-General and guided by a Privy Council. The Governor-General serves as chief executive and also as commander in chief of the Bureau’s military forces. Additionally, the Governor-General presides over the Privy Council and oversees the day-to-day operations of the Bureau. The Governor-General is H. J. “Hoppy” Franciflora. The Privy Council is composed of seven members, each selected from one of the Bureau’s High Commissions. Seven members are selected from the Bureau of Feline Affairs Commissioners to serve on the council. Commissioners are selected by merit and appointed by the Governor-General. The High Commissions serve the legislative role for the Bureau of Feline Affairs. Each High Commission has a specific field in which it has been tasked to operate. The High Commission for Schulmania is divided into two councils– one for domestic feline affairs and one serving as the governing council for The Wirdleplex, a Bureau-administered territory in southeastern Schulmania.

This Bureau of Feline Affairs High Commission serves as the ruling council for the Royal Protectorate of Harar. It holds court both in The Wirdleplex and in Lake Felis, following the royal court of Harar. |

This Bureau of Feline Affairs High Commission serves as the diplomatic branch of the Bureau as well as the official representative of international felines. This High Commission certifies and dispatches ambassadors and emissaries to represent felines in all nations with feline populations |

This Bureau of Feline Affairs High Commission serves as advocate and conservator of feline cultural heritage and folkways. This High Commission administers the Feline Literacy Project, sponsors cultural events, maintains feline heritage sites and preserves feline beliefs and practices.
