The Grand Duchy of East Atkinos comprises of all lands of the same latitude as Atkinos District between the Tenne Sea and the eastern salt ocean.  Fleet Captain Splunt, founder of Atkinos Town, has been named Grand Duke. A temporary capital was established in East St. Paul before the permanent site for regional government was built in West Forest.
