As Schulmania is a large and growing nation, newcomers may not be fully aware of the rich heritage of Schulmania. So, here’s a brief guide of the essentials for any Schulmania fan.

In the beginning, a plucky little tribe of Sims emerged on the island of Schulmanicus ,the Schulminions. One thing which makes Schulmania different is that it is led by a feline Schulminion, the Supreme Wirdle.  Soon, settlements developed across Schulmanicus, which at the time was supposed to be the entire world. A great panic emerged – fear of the dreaded killer tomatoes – leading to the development of castles.  The Schulminions became seafaring, expanding trade and developing the island more fully. The original settlements grew into villages and new villages were founded.  As the society grew increasingly complex, a prominent hill was reserved as a Sacred Precinct for religious structures. Soon, the spirit of exploration took hold and voyages of discovery were dispatched.  Exciting new discoveries were waiting to be made.  And, an intrepid group of feisty feline explorers ventured forth. The first land found was not much to behold.  But, change was in the air!

Significant new finds changed the nature of Schulminion society. New seaports spread commerce and colonists to the new lands. Colonies were established to broaden the nation, with model cities bursting with happy colonists.  Two towns were established on Atkinos island, Atkiniros  and Atkinos. After even more exploring, the mainland of Schulmania had finally been found. New services were developed for those in outlying areas. This growth also led to increased development on the home island of Schulmanicus. The new wealth and prosperity led to the development of unified coinage specifications for the realm, known as the Schulminion Monetary Union.  Soon, each city was producing its own money.

As Schulmania grew, the Bureau of Feline Affairs, the government agency for advocating for cats, sponsored many initiatives. One of the most successful and with the most far-ranging impact was the
Feline Literacy Project. As we all know, cats love catnip. But, humanoid Schulminions are all about chocolate! Schulminions love to party – and chocolate is part of every celebration. From the Trixie Festival to Schulman Day to the Coronation  you will find Schulminions always ready for a good time! One of the best places to have a good time is Schulmanidad, the first large scale settlement on the mainland.
